PramaanAI ("we", "us") is an independent AI-powered eligibility assistant for Indian government schemes. We are NOT affiliated with the Government of India or any state government.
What we collect
- Profile data: Age, state, occupation, income range (bucket), family size, caste category (optional), disability status (optional), housing/land type. We do NOT collect Aadhaar number, PAN, exact date of birth, full name, or biometrics.
- Contact: Email and/or WhatsApp number, collected only at checkout for pack delivery.
- Usage data: Standard server logs (IP, timestamp, browser). No third-party analytics trackers.
Why we collect it
- Eligibility check: Match your profile against 200+ government schemes.
- Application Pack: Generate your personalised document checklist and apply guide.
- Delivery: Send your pack via email/WhatsApp.
- Reminders: Deadline and follow-up alerts (only if you opted in).
Retention
Profile data: 90 days from last activity, then auto-deleted. Transaction records: 5 years (GST legal requirement). Consent log: 5 years.
Sharing
We share data with: Razorpay (payment processing, PCI-DSS Level 1). We do NOT sell your data to any third party. No advertising networks. No analytics resellers.
Your rights under DPDP Act 2023
- Access: Request a copy of your data at any time.
- Correction: Update incorrect data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of all your data.
- Grievance: File a complaint with our Grievance Officer.

Data location
All data stored in India on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Mumbai region). No international transfer.
